• All in-person meetings must be agreed in advance with our team before booking; otherwise, please book an online meeting. 
• As a matter of professional courtesy, we kindly ask that you sign into Zoom 15 minutes before our meeting to address potential technical issues. Note that we are happy to use other platforms if necessary.
• Please also note that future consultations may incur fees. 

NB: Our booking system is fully automated. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the links in your confirmation email and kindly ensure changes are made at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you!
