Revisions: Clients are entitled to two complimentary rounds of revisions for each piece of artwork, written content, or digital design delivered. These two rounds allow for reasonable adjustments and ensure the final product meets expectations.

Additional Revisions: If further revisions are required beyond the two free rounds, including for fixed-price projects, these will incur additional charges. Additional revisions will be billed pro-rata on an hourly basis, in accordance with our rate card.

Form of Payment: Clients must provide a valid credit card at the time of placing their orders. Payment details will be securely stored via Stripe, a trusted payment processing platform, ensuring safe and compliant handling of financial information.

Billing Process: Payments are charged to the client’s credit card immediately upon placing an order. Orders are only processed and confirmed once the payment has been successfully received.
