Our Small Business Brochure presents a transparent and standardised pricing structure, thoughtfully designed to make our services more accessible and straightforward for SMEs. This approach ensures that every client benefits from a personalised and attentive relationship with our team, without unnecessary complexity and fees.
Associate Consultants for SMEs: For small business clients, our services are delivered efficiently by our Associate Consultants, supported by a monthly meeting with a Senior Consultant. This model reduces delivery costs whilst maintaining high-quality solutions, ensuring value without compromise.
Bespoke Solutions for Corporates: In contrast, our corporate services involve customised solutions, comprehensive consultations, and the management of complex, large-scale projects. These tailored services leverage advanced resources and expertise, reflected in premium pricing aligned with the unique needs and requirements of our corporate clients.
By aligning our approach and pricing to meet the distinct needs of SMEs and corporate clients, we provide exceptional value and deliver measurable results tailored to their specific goals and objectives.
Revisions: Clients are entitled to two complimentary rounds of revisions for each piece of artwork, written content, or service delivered. These two rounds allow for reasonable adjustments and ensure the final product or service meets expectations.
Additional Revisions: If further revisions are required beyond the two free rounds, including for fixed-price projects, these further revisions will incur additional charges. Additional revisions will be billed pro-rata on an hourly basis, in accordance with our rate card.
Client Approval and Reopening Tasks: Once tasks have been signed off and approved by clients, any subsequent revisions or reopening of those tasks will also incur additional costs to the project.
Form of Payment: Clients must provide a valid credit card at the time of placing their orders. Payment details will be securely stored via Stripe, a trusted payment processing provider, ensuring safe and compliant handling of financial information.
Billing Process: Payments are charged to the client’s credit card immediately upon placing an order. Orders are only processed and confirmed once the payment has been successfully received. By placing an order with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions.
